What is a "capstone" and a guided CTF?
A capstone is a final project that draws on everything you've learned. Here, it takes the form of a guided CTF: a complete target to compromise end to end, from reconnaissance to privilege escalation to the flags. It's the dress rehearsal for a real engagement, and the format closest to certifications like the CPTS.
