Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual from the Stripe customer portal, which you can reach from your account page. Billing is adjusted on a prorated basis. The Pro plan is set up with us: write to us and we’ll configure it together.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access stays active until the end of the paid period. Courses purchased individually remain accessible for life, even after you cancel your subscription.
Are payments secure?
Yes. SkillverseHub doesn’t store any card data: Stripe handles it entirely, under PCI-DSS certification. We only see a technical transaction identifier and the expiration date of your subscription.
Can I pay in another currency?
The currency is determined by your geographic region at the time of purchase. The catalog lists the available currencies; contact us if yours isn’t supported yet.
